Team Witsken Policies!

SUMMER RAINOUTS:
Classes missed due to rainouts may be made up at any Team Witsken site (except for Thornhill, Sagamore, and Harbour Trees which are residents/members only) during the current Spring, Summer or Fall session.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:
During the Spring, Summer, and Fall outdoor sessions, you may make up any missed classes at any of our outdoor locations. (With the exception of Thornhill, Sagamore and Harbour Trees which are for residents/members only.) Authorization from the instructors is not necessary but please check with Team Witsken to make sure a class is still running as some classes may be canceled due to low registrations.

No make-up classes are allowed from one session to another.

During the indoor sessions, check with your instructor before making up a class to see what other times the class is scheduled and to ensure that there is room in a particular class. If you show up without authorization, you may be asked to leave if there is no space in the class! All make-up classes must be within the current session and authorized by the instructor.

PAYMENTS:
Call us at(317) 848-2023 to use any major credit/debit card or send a check payable to "Team Witsken Tennis" to P.O. Box 251, Zionsville, IN 46077. You may also bring your payment to the first class. Payment must be made before participating in a class. If you sign up for the clinic online, you may also pay for your clinic online. Please follow the directions on the website carefully. There is a small service fee for paying online with each transaction.

LIVING SOCIAL DEALS:
Did you purchase a LivingSocial Deal in March or May? You may use this any time throughout the summer. Sign up online and indicate that you are a LivingSocial customer. Once we have verified your proof of purchase you may show up at your selected site (except for Thornhill & Royal Run which are residents only) whenever it is convenient for you to use your classes. Our program is flexible - it is not necessary to let us know when you're coming! If you would like to purchase additional classes please contact us.

INDOOR FACILITY FEE:
An Indoor Facility Fee is required to participate in clinics, classes, private lessons and tournaments held at the Pickwick Place Indoor Facility. The Facility Fee is also required to rent a court. The Facility Fee lasts through the indoor season which runs from late September through early June and must be purchased yearly. Prices: Individual $75; Double/Couple $125; Family $150.

GUEST FEE:
Guests of members are required to pay a $5 fee for each visit to our indoor courts.

CLINIC REGISTRATION FEES:
All clinic registration fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of class.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS:
All accounts not paid in full within 7 days after joining a class will accrue a $10 a month late fee. Please contact Rick Witsken if you have any questions about this.

REFUNDS/CREDITS:
Payment for any service rendered by Team Witsken must be made up front. Credits and refunds will not be issued. Rare circumstances must be expressly approved by our director or accountant.

HOLIDAYS:
There will be no classes on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Please make these up on another day. These are the only holidays that Team Witsken does not teach classes.

PRIVATE LESSONS:
If you take private lessons at Team Witsken you must set up an account either by securing your private lessons with a credit card or by pre-paying for lessons up front. YOU MUST cancel 24 hours before your scheduled lesson or you will be charged the full amount.

STRINGING:
You can drop off your racquet with anyone at Team Witsken for re-stringing. Payment must be made before the racquet will be restrung.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Team Witsken Tennis will take all reasonable steps to to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is secure. We are committed to being respectful of your personal privacy. Personal information collected through our online web forms, such as email addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers will not be transfered, sold to or shared with a third party vendor without your prior consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

We automatically sign you up to receive our newsletter if you are new to Team Witsken. This newsletter is emailed out every two months (6 times a year). We also use information you provide to us to inform you of upcoming clinics, leagues and tournaments.
