What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, Cardio Tennis is for you!

What is the Team Witsken format for Cardio Tennis?

Team Witsken incorporates music into the typical Cardio Tennis class. Fitness is first and foremost. It is more about getting people moving and active...less on hitting great forehands and backhands.

The Cardio Tennis program will elevate your heart rate into its aerobic zone and challenge you based on your ability and fitness level.
